Heaven Dancer proudly ships worldwide, through US Postal Service (USPS). We ship at a flat rate shipping fee starting at $12.00 to anywhere within the USA! For more shipping rates, please look below.
Your lovely purchases are wrapped in plastic and boxed. USPS is shipped priority with a tracking number within the USA. UPS Ground will also include a tracking number.

USPS Priority Mail: Arrival after processing time is 2-7 days.

$22.00-41.00 = $12.00 $311.00 & up = $36.00
$42.00-49.00= $17.00
$50.00-89.00= $12.00
$90.00-94.00 = $17.00
$95.00-205.00 = $13.00
USA Orders
USPS Rush Shipping arrival time is 1-3 days from order date. UPS Ground Shipping arrival time is 2-5 days after processing time.
USPS Rush Shipping Costs:
$0.00-280.00 = $100.00
$281.00-525.00 = $200.00
$526.00 & up = $300.00
UPS Ground Shipping Cost:
$0.00-226.00 = $30.00
$227.00- 451.00 = $60.00
We can do International Priority Shipping if you need your flags faster than Standard for International shipping. However, Heaven Dancer is not responsible for how long your shippment takes due to Customs. If you are interested in the International Priority Shipping please Contact Us. Due to Covid-19 we have temporary suspended international shipping. Please check back often for when we will bring back international shipping.
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address when you checkout.
Since all flags are handmade by Heaven Dancer, processing times can be anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on the number of orders in line before yours.
If you need your order to be expedited you must choose rush shipping at checkout. Rush shipping covers the overnight shipping and rush fee to move your order to the front of the line. The rush fee for the first 3 flag sets is $50.00. For 4-6 flag sets it is $150.00. And for 7 flag sets or more it is $250.00. The rush fee is already included in the rush shipping cost.
