Cancellations are accepted within 3 days of purchase. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your cancellation request by email before the 3-day period has expired. We will offer a full refund once communication has been sent by email. After the 3-day period has expired cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If you believe your flags were damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. Please email us pictures of the damaged flags in the original packaging so we can quickly assess the damage. If the flags are defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a full refund.
