Warranty:

We stand behind our work 100% but understand sometimes life happens or the flags get damaged in transit. This warranty covers all those life events or damages that happen during transit, normal use, or flaw in the flag. It does not cover abuse or mistreatment of the flags by the user. The warranty is good for 30 days from the date that it was ordered. You can also buy the extended warranty when you purchase your flag for an extra 6 months. To learn more please click here.

  • 1. Roll up your flag and use the provided tie when you are finished using them.

     

    2. Place them in a dry area such as a bag to store.

     

    3. Never place them in high heat areas (near vents, fireplaces, windows) or leave them in your car where high temperatures can warp your rods or the sun can bleach the fabric color.

     

    4. If your flag becomes dirty, do not wash. Use a damp (not wet) cloth and lightly pat. Always test in an inconspicuous area first as some fabrics and colors do not do well when wet.

     

    5. Do not iron! We tried it. It didn't end well. :)
